Open self-service car wash

The classic concept of a self-service car wash, time-tested and therefore the most common. By experience, it is a drive-through passage that ensures the maximum traffic flow of washing stations.

Advantages:
  • the lowest cost of construction among all formats (without gates and walls);
  • convenient navigation around the site for drivers (no extra maneuvers);
  • natural lighting during daylight – power saving;
  • “shop-window” effect and display for drivers passing by.

Structure size is 6.5×37 m, height to the upper pivoting arm is 4 m.
Recommended area – 1,400 m².
The size of washing stations is 5×6.5 m (WxL).

The standard number of washing stations is 6. Plus 1-3 two-station vacuum cleaners in the dry cleaning area.
And there is an optional vacuum cleaner and turbo dryer at the washing stations themselves.

Dead-end self-service car wash (half-closed)

Concept of a self-service car wash without a drive-through. The car drives out of a washing station in reverse into the common passage. This format is suitable if the specifics of the territory preclude making a drive-through scheme, or the place is in a windy zone.

Advantages:
  • compactness: in some cases this is the only possible solution;
  • protection from wind and draughts (additional comfort for clients);
  • the possibility to install a gate for each post, which turns it into a closed format;
  • the touch screen, shield for mats, image materials can be placed on the dead-end wall.

Structure size is 8×37 m, height to the upper pivoting arm is 4 m.
Recommended area – 1,400 m².
The size of washing stations is 5×8 m (WxL).

The standard number of washing stations is 6. Plus 1-3 two-station vacuum cleaners in the dry cleaning area.
And there is an optional vacuum cleaner and turbo dryer at the washing stations themselves.

Indoor self-service car wash

A self-service car wash in a closed space (a shed built from scratch or washing stations built into existing premises). All-season concept, fit for any region and weather. Recently, this format is much sought-after by clients.

Advantages:
  • walls and roof protect from wind and direct sunlight;
  • comfortable to wash cars in winter;
  • heating expenses (underfloor heating) are much less than in an open facility;
  • soundproofing – it is easier to make a car wash in high-density urban areas.

Structure size is 20×27 m, height to the upper pivoting arm is 4 m.
Recommended area – 1,500 m².
The size of washing stations is 5.5×8 m (WxL).

The recommended number of washing stations is 8. Plus 2-3 two-station vacuum cleaners in the dry cleaning area. And there is an optional vacuum cleaner and turbo dryer at the washing stations themselves.
